If you receive such calls or SMS messages, please be vigilant and do not trust any unknown caller instructions. If you have any doubts, please contact 10 MOOn immediately or call the National Police Agency's 165 anti-fraud hotline for verification.
When you receive calls from unknown numbers starting with "+", "+2", or "+886", please be extremely vigilant and be wary of callers spoofing phone numbers or impersonating specific companies, banks, or judicial authorities. Do not click on unknown links, LINE friend requests, or SMS messages from unfamiliar individuals.
Common scams include "repeated orders" and "mistakenly setting up installment payments" to gain the trust of consumers and then request online banking or ATM operations. If your call concerns bank accounts, please contact your bank directly. If the call asks you to operate any accounts or provide any information, please refuse to comply to reduce the risk of fraud.
Please also change your password regularly, strengthen it (using a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers), and avoid entering your account password on public computers to improve information security.
