Return Policy
- Unworn and unused
- Free from perfume, smoke, stains, or odors
- Unwashed
- Original tags and packaging intact
- All accessories and gifts included
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale or discounted items
- Accessories and intimate items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by use
Defective or Incorrect Items
We will assist you as soon as possible.
Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges through a “return and repurchase” process.
Refund Information
- Credit card payments will be refunded to the original card used.
- Bank transfer payments require refund account information.
Refund processing may take approximately 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Additional Notes
All measurements are taken flat and may have a ±2cm variance.
